To calculate the reported effectiveness for a patient view, the model first analyses whether it can be ascertained that the person writing the review has had direct experience of the treatment for themselves or a loved one. If so, it then uses sentiment analysis to rate their view from 1-5 on how effective this treatment was for them, with 1 being the least effective, and 5 the most effective.

Hi, I've been successful with using just plan old nicotinamide 500mg 4xday with NT factor 2xday. I really needed the higher dose to generate the NAD+ to make NADH.

NAD+ , I am finally getting some energy back. There are a few recent publications confirming that COVID can destroy the bodies natural NAD+. I started injecting NAD+ 8 weeks ago, and I am really starting to get a little more energy and I feel as if some of my brain fog has lifted. Google NAD+ and Covid/long covid. Interesting stuff.

It’s hard to attribute my improvements to nac specifically, but it definitely hasn’t hurt. For mental acuity, I take ldn, nac, and nad+ supplements. I think they’ve all helped, but ldn probably made the biggest difference.

Is it NADH or Nad+ you're taking? I'm taking NAD+ and found it improved recovery after overexertion. NADH mainly made me anxious and irritable, felt a bit like caffeine.

I’ve been around 95% recovered since last winter but it’s the result of a few avenues of attack not just treating my mitochondrial dysfunction.
For NAD precursor supplements I like this liposomal form though I switched over to NAD subq injections a few months ago.

Tried NAD injections for a few months, seemed to maybe give me a little energy sometimes, stopped because of value vs cost

I tried the NaD infusions and not sure if they shifted things much. But my doctor recommended taking nad and resvertoral in supplement form for a more consistent regular absorption. I have a little oxygen tank at home and when I’m very brain foggy I have that. Don’t know about nicotine - but when I had other stimulant drugs it gave me a fake feeling of energy and I thought I could do more but then PEM crash

it was a gamechanger for me in the sense that it made me more functional but didnt get me near normal. yet still a huge improvement over being bedridden most of the day.

I purchased NAD+ patches from agelessrx and over the course of 6 weeks, my steps increased from 5k a day to 10k! I found my energy window was greatly expanded. Since, I have regressed from PEM (don’t find they prevent PEM at all) but will continue to take the patches in hope I can get back to my previous baseline.
